policies/terms of conditions

all of our items are made to order and cancellations are not accepted. items usually ship within 3 - 5 business days but please allow up to 14 business days before sending inquiries.

please be aware of our turnaround time before placing your order. due to shortages and slower than average supplier restocks, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable brand and/or color for your order.

turnaround time: graphic apparel currently has a turnaround time of up to 14 business days. this does not include weekends or holidays. turnaround time for all items begin the next business day after order is placed.

returns/exchange policy: our items are made to order & no returns are accepted. the only exceptions include: wrong item(s) sent, defective/damaged items, or items that have largely different measurements than those listed on the accompanying size chart. if requested, exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. we must receive notice of return or exchange requests within 72 hours of delivery.

shipping: PLEASE BE AWARE OF OUR TURNAROUND TIME WHEN SELECTING A SHIPPING SPEED. all graphic apparel items are made to order and will require processing time regardless of shipping speed selected. we will not refund for items shipped via the selected mail delivery service within our stated turnaround time.

we use usps and ups for shipment. free shipping is available for all orders shipped within the USA that reach the $50 threshold before taxes and any other applicable fees.

tracking information is emailed when orders are fulfilled. please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to update.

once usps or ups is in possession of packages, all shipping related issues must be handled by the mail carrier. we are not responsible for items delayed or damaged in transit. we are also not responsible for any lost or missing deliveries.

washing instructions: machine wash cold on delicate, inside out. tumble low or hang dry. do not use fabric softener, bleach or iron. we are not responsible for damage caused due to improper handling of our apparel.
